Exchange and Return Policy


As part of our commitment to providing the best customer service, all purchases from our store are eligible for exchange and return within just 3 days of arrival. All you need to do is:


  • Ensure the shipment is undamaged, in its original condition, and free from any defects.

  • If the customer wishes to exchange a product that is not defective, the customer will be responsible for the shipping and return shipping costs.

  • If the order has been shipped and the customer wishes to cancel it and receive a refund, the shipping and return fees will be applied. The remaining balance will be refunded to the customer's account after the shipping company receives the shipment within a maximum of 14 business days.

  • If the product is defective or does not match the website description, you are entitled to an exchange and a free replacement. Please note that our offers and discounts do not include returns or exchanges. Please confirm your order before completing it.

  • If the order is not received, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs (50 SAR or as per the fees stated in the order) and the full cash-on-delivery fee.

  • Orders from outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are not eligible for return or exchangeProducts cannot be returned after use.

  • Service products (such as packaging, cash on delivery, and shipping) cannot be returned.

  • Items purchased during any promotional offer or sale cannot be exchanged.
